I just signed up! When will I receive my first yoga video?
The Let's Start Yoga Challenge begins on January 4th! The first workout will be in your inbox on Monday, January 4th (around 1:00 am, EST).
Can I watch the Let's Start Yoga Challenge workouts on my TV?
All videos will be available on Youtube. So if you have a smart TV or an intermediate device (such as Roku, Amazon Fire Stick, Apple TV, Chromecast, etc.), you can download the YouTube app and search for them. The daily emails will also come with a direct link.
I never did yoga before. Is this the right challenge for me?
YES! This yoga challenge is open to all levels. I will introduce you to 25+ fundamental yoga poses over 5 days. I will also offer a lot of modifications for every pose so you can adjust the class to your body.
I already do yoga from time to time. Is this the right challenge for me?
YES! This yoga challenge is open to all levels. The first 2 days might appear 'too basic' for you but are also a great chance to check proper alignment in each pose. Days 3-5 are great for everyone!
I'm not on Facebook or social media. Does one have to be active on these channels for this challenge?
No, there is no need to be on Facebook or other social media apps to participate in the challenge. However, some of the content (like the daily tips & tricks videos) will only be available in the Facebook Group. So I highly encourage you join here!
Will the challenge videos be available after the challenge is over?
These workouts will only be available to the public for the duration of the challenge (until January 10th) – so be sure to mark your calendar for Monday, January 4th!
