With this approach to wellness, I will show you how to use lifestyle, food, and yoga to find your balance.

Hi, I am Julia,

a dog-loving yoga teacher, and I am passionate about making yoga and Ayurveda accessible to busy women.

I work full-time in banking. I am also a girlfriend, a daughter, a small-business owner, and an Ayurveda Heach Counselor. I know what it means to be busy.

After finishing my Yoga Teacher training, I struggled with including yoga in my day-to-day life. I simply couldn't commit to a daily 60-minute practice. I am now obsessed with creating short but effective yoga flows to help women reach their health goals quickly.

My superpower is to practice yoga while a dog is sleeping on my mat and showing you how to use the ancient learning from Yoga and Ayurveda in your modern life. You can feel amazing in only 15 minutes per day.

All levels are welcome! If you’re brand new to Yoga, I do recommend to take a few beginner yoga lessons first just to get familiar with the terminology or participating in our 'Let's Start Yoga' Challenge (you have lifetime access to the challenge when you join Blissflow Studio). Then you’ll be ready to dive in. Feel free to modify as necessary - the flows are meant to be challenging so you have something to work toward.

Great! You may have already experienced the positive effects yoga can have. But Blissflow Studio dives deeper than the classic yoga video on Youtube. You will receive a daily yoga video, get community support and have access to a full library of yoga videos, yoga poses and seasonal recipes.

Yes, you will! But it is important to be realistic. This is NOT a weight loss program but you will feel stronger, healthier, and more confident - you may even drop a few pounds. But don't set yourself up for disappointment by expecting to look like the before and after photos you see on Instagram. This is a program focused on your health and mindfulness.

Absolutely! I am a full-time working-bee, a business owner, an Ayurveda student, and a dog mom. I totally know what it’s like to be busy. The yoga videos range between 15 to 35 minutes and are designed to do from home. Most of the videos will not make you super sweaty so you can dive right back into your busy day when you are done. And don't forget: Progress over Perfection - it is ok to skip a few days.

Not really. Just a mat and access to the internet via a computer, phone or tablet. I will use props like a yoga block, blankets, and straps throughout the program but I will tell you what to use instead if you don’t have them handy.

Nope. You can start the minute after you purchase it. You will have access to the monthly calendar, recipes and mindfulness exercises but you can also access the libraries for all previous videos.
