Surya Namaskar, or Sun Salutation, is a series of 12 postures performed in a single, graceful flow. They build the basis of most yoga classes.
Each movement is coordinated with the breath. Inhale as you extend or stretch, and exhale as you fold or contract. They build strength and increases flexibility and can be adjusted in a lot of different ways.
